Six months after my first daughter was born, I was leaning against a fence at a park trying to steady myself.

I showed up yesterday! I set an alarm 5 min ealier than usual as 9am EST is 7am for me and that is when I wake kids. So woke them and jumped on for the live. Kicked my butt literally. Haha.

I set a step goal of 12,000 steps for today. It was a stretch goal because I was at wotk all day but I needdd it it to hit my weekly goal. I tried to be really intentional about getting up from my desk and moving around through out the day. Finished a little over 12,000 steps for the day and got the second week in a row exceeded my weekly goal!
