12 weeks of physical, mental and emotional self-care to establish a solid fitness routine, easy meal plan/prep, lessening your mental load and making yourself a priority for just 2% of each day!
The program has weekly group & 1 on 1 coaching to hold you accountable, every meal scripted and grocery list ready to print, strength training and yoga to make you strong each workout and weekly lessons to lighten your mental load, bringing you more joy.
I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor since 2006. I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and can help you modify ANY movements to make them work for your body. I would love to help you transform you and your families lives!

Hi There! I'm Sarah
I am an experienced personal trainer, yoga instructor, CEO & business owner, but most importantly, a mother. Becoming a mother was a dream come true and a nightmare realized all at the same time. I struggled with postpartum depression, extreme mom guilt and anxiety dictating my decision making. Having struggled on my own for so long, I was determined to change the narrative on motherhood. I take pride in helping my clients transform their lives.
As a coach, I spend time understanding the root cause of the issue, set milestones throughout the process, and celebrate when goals and dream scenarios are achieved.
