I offer small group sessions as well as team building opportunities for larger groups.
MOMMY & ME YOGA
Bring you little ones to a class made for them! We will flow through the chao with a mix of zen "mommy music" and kids songs with complimentary movements.
PRIVATE SESSION
I have been an athlete my entire life and it wasn't until I found yoga that I achieved goals that I never thought possible! As a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), I have found that incorporating a yoga practice can benefit every individual, physically and mentally.
